How do we demonstrate the value of an EAP in terms business leaders understand and care about? Can we demonstrate additional value by helping serve the goals of risk management or occupational health programs? Do we enhance or diminish our value by integrating with work-life and wellness programs?
Wherever you live and work around the world, I’m sure you are faced with the need to measure and demonstrate the value of your services to those paying for them.
